My name is Ben Spangler and I'm from Minneapolis, MN. My mother had a pastry background and my father had been a chef so naturally I learned both to not break either of their hearts. Day care for me was inside a kitchen as a child and I have never left since. I have been in and out of some of the best kitchens in the U.S. and some smaller ones with a lot more heart. I have done recipe consulting in the Twin Cities for clients including Coca-Cola, Hi-C, Milkjam & Rustica. I am now very excited to say I am the Executive Chef of Farm Table in Amery, Wisconsin.
