My name is Ben Spangler and I'm from Minneapolis, MN. My mother had a pastry background and my father had been a chef so naturally I learned both to not break either of their hearts. Day care for me was inside a kitchen as a child and I have never left since. I have been in and out of some of the best kitchens in the U.S. and some smaller ones with a lot more heart. Clients in the Twin Cities include Coca-Cola, Hi-C, Milkjam & Rustica. I have worked 3 michelin star restaurants in New York and small farm resteraunts in wisconsin. My mission is to create food that will nourish & sweets that let my guests feel special.
